# Contact

To fix a fact, use [Report a change](https://olasail.com/about/corrections/). Run a marina, buoy field, restaurant or charter company? Send us your prices with the [operator form](https://olasail.com/contact/#operators). For anything else, email us.

Report a change goes straight to an editor, so it is the fastest way to correct a page.

## Who reads your message

An editor reads every report and every email. Write about anything: a question, an idea, or a place you think we should cover.

Sail one area every season and want to help keep it right? [Help keep it right](https://olasail.com/about/contribute/)

## In an emergency at sea

Don't write to us. Call for help:

- 112 for any emergency (Official source, 26 Sep 2026)
- 195 for sea rescue (MRCC Rijeka) (Official source, 26 Sep 2026)
- VHF channel 16 to ask for help at sea (Official source, 26 Sep 2026)

At sea, 112 puts your call through to MRCC Rijeka, the sea rescue centre. Free from a landline or a mobile, day and night.

## If you run a marina, buoy field, restaurant or charter company

Send us your prices, opening hours and services for the season, and we update your place's pages. It costs nothing. [Independence](https://olasail.com/about/independence/)

1. 1

   We confirm it's you

We call or write to you through the phone number or email listed on your own website. We never go by the contacts in this form alone.
2. 2

We check it and update the page

Your prices, hours and services go live labelled From the operator, with the date we checked them.
3. 3

   We tell you

You get a reference as soon as you send it, and an email when the page changes.

About a place you don't run? Use [Report a change](https://olasail.com/about/corrections/).

## What we can't help with

We can't book berths or buoys, and we can't tell you whether a berth is free tonight. For that, ask the marina or the buoy field operator: each place's page on the site names who runs it.

We can't give a forecast or advice for a passage you are about to make. Use the [official sources](https://olasail.com/about/safety/#official), and the skipper in charge decides.
