## Tonight in ACI Marina Trogir

Can we stay here tonight? Yes, the marina is open all year. Book ahead on ACI's site. (From the operator, 26 Sep 2026)

- Price: €150 a day for a 12 m boat in July and August. Catamarans pay twice. (From the operator, 7 Oct 2026) €144 in April to June, September and October. A catamaran pays twice. €98 a day for a 12 m boat from 1 Nov to 31 Mar. (From the operator, 7 Oct 2026) A 12 m catamaran pays €300 a night in July and August. (Measured by us, 26 Sep 2026) Trogir's list has no weekend rate: a Saturday night in July costs the same as a Tuesday. (From the operator, 7 Oct 2026) The list goes by length up to each whole metre, from 10 m, so a 12.3 m boat pays the 13 m price, €164 a day in July and August, and a 9 m boat pays the 10 m price, €120. (From the operator, 7 Oct 2026) Prices include VAT. (From the operator, 26 Sep 2026) The waste fee adds 1%. (From the operator, 26 Sep 2026)
- Booking: ACI's marinas take bookings on ACI's own booking site. (From the operator, 25 Sep 2026) [booking.aci-club.hr](https://booking.aci-club.hr/en/) Book a daily berth at least 24 hours ahead, online, by email, by phone or on VHF, unless the marina agrees to less. It is booked once ACI confirms it in writing. (From the operator, 26 Sep 2026) A booked berth is held until 8 pm on the day you arrive, and a night lasts until 2 pm the next day. (From the operator, 26 Sep 2026) Cancel in writing before 2 pm the day before and you get 80% back. After that, or if you don't turn up, nothing comes back, and bad weather doesn't change that. (From the operator, 26 Sep 2026) [How booking an ACI marina works](https://olasail.com/moorings/booking-a-berth/#aci)
- Berths: ACI Marina Trogir has 161 sea berths. (From the operator, 26 Sep 2026) Boats up to 30 m on a daily berth, and up to 20 m on a yearly berth. There are 26 dry berths ashore too. (From the operator, 26 Sep 2026) The marina is on the island of Čiovo, across a channel about 100 m wide from the old town. (From the operator, 26 Sep 2026)
- Arriving: Call the marina by phone or on VHF channel 17 at least 30 minutes before you come in, and ask where to berth. (From the operator, 26 Sep 2026) Come in from the west. ## The approach to ACI Marina Trogir, the bridges and shelter

From the west. Boats that can't pass under the bridge come in from the west, between Čiovo and Čelica rock. The green light on Cape Čubrijan, Fl G 2s, at 43°30.7′N 16°14.6′E, is the landmark. From the east, red and green buoys mark the way. (From the operator, 26 Sep 2026)

Sources disagree on the bridges east of the marina

Our answer: Don't plan on a bridge opening. Come in from the west, past Cape Čubrijan, and from Kaštela bay go round Čiovo. (Sources disagree, 26 Sep 2026)

A movable bridge crosses the narrowest part of the channel, with a 25 m opening. A second movable bridge, mainland to Čiovo, lies 0.6 NM east, 25 m wide and 4.8 m high. The bridges open on request: [Hydrographic Institute of the Republic of Croatia: Notices to Mariners 4/2021, correction 27](https://www.hhi.hr/Portals/0/adam/HHI/c2wkWT_CMk650YBvy14B1g/PdfView/OZP202104.pdf) (Official source, 26 Sep 2026)

The bridge from the old town to Čiovo doesn't open, and takes boats up to 2.6 m high. ACI's approach notes give it 2.8 m clearance, with 4.5 m of water under it: [ACI Marina Trogir: its page on aci-marinas.com](https://aci-marinas.com/marina/aci-trogir/) (From the operator, 26 Sep 2026)

The channel north of the old town is only 2 m deep, so don't sail there. (From the operator, 26 Sep 2026)

The Trogir channel takes boats with up to 4 m draught. (Official source, 26 Sep 2026)

Within 300 m of the shore, in narrow channels and near harbours and anchorages, go no faster than 8 knots (Article 50). (Official source, 26 Sep 2026) [HHI nautical charts](https://www.hhi.hr/en/products-and-services/nautical-charts) (Official source, 25 Sep 2026)

### Shelter by wind

The marina lies on the Čiovo shore of the channel, facing the old town, with the mainland to the north and Čiovo's hill to the south.

- Maestral and jugo from the northwest and southeast: Trogir is exposed to westerlies and the jugo. Our cautious answer: don't count on a calm berth in a strong maestral or a jugo. Our skipper reviewer hasn't checked this yet. (Third-party source, 26 Sep 2026)
- Bura from the northeast: ACI Marina Trogir is exposed to the bura. Our cautious answer: double your lines and fenders when a bura is forecast. Our skipper reviewer hasn't checked this yet. (Third-party source, 26 Sep 2026)
- The current in the channel: A strong westerly current often makes steering hard. Slow down after the bridge, so your wash doesn't damage the moored boats. (Official source, 26 Sep 2026)

How to read this forecast

Each part of the day shows its strongest hourly wind and gust, and its highest wave, in Croatian time.
